Sunset Bay Pool Villa è una villetta che vi accoglierà in un ambiente luminoso e rilassante. Il punto di forza di Sunset Bay Pool Villa è la meravigliosa piscina a sfioro raggiungibile da entrambe le camere da letto. L’ingresso è con pendenza naturale che raggiunge una profondità massima di 2 mt dove è possibile azionare il nuoto controcorrente. Il rivestimento interno è in mosaico di un colore particolare che rende l'acqua color smeraldo. La piscina è completata da una vasca idromassaggio jacuzzi a 4 postazioni che si unisce alla piscina con una cascata luminosa. A vostra disposizione una comoda doccia e nell'area prendisole due comode chaiselonge un divanetto posizionato sotto una pergola. L'acqua della piscina è riscaldata nel mese di maggio e dal 15 settembre al 15ottobre. Nel cortile antistante troverete un area conviviale caratterizzata da una pergola fiorita a ridosso del giardino che presenta piante di agrumi e diverse tipologie di piante ornamentali. Una seconda area relax vi aspetta sotto una veranda e nascosta da un paravento di bamboo giapponese dove è posizionata una sedia sospesa e un comodo divanetto per le vostre serate all'aria aperta. Qui troverete anche un barbecue per le vostre grigliate.  All'interno la villetta si presenta arredata in stile moderno nei toni del bianco nero e con contrasti di turchese e oro rosa. Negli ambienti padroneggiano degli imponenti
tronchi di ginepro, tipico della Sardegna. La camera padronale ha, al suo interno, un comodo bagno con doccia ed è direttamente comunicante con l'area piscina.. La seconda camera da letto ha la possibilità di poter unire i letti ed avere un letto matrimoniale oltre ad un letto singolo posizionato in soppalco e si affaccia anch'essa sulla piscina.

Sunset Bay Pool Villa is a villa that will welcome you in a bright and relaxing environment. The highlight of Sunse tBay Pool Villa is the wonderful infinity
pool which can be reached from both bedrooms. The entrance has a natural slope that reaches a maximum depth of 2 meters where it is possible to
operate the counter-current swimming. The internal coating is in mosaic of  aparticular color that makes the water emerald. The pool is complemented
by a 4-station hot tub that joins the pool with a luminous waterfall. At your disposal a comfortable shower and in the sunbathing area two comfortable
chaiselongs and a sofa positioned under an arbor. The pool water is heated in the month of May and from 15 September to 15 October.
In the front courtyard you will find a convivial area characterized by a flowery arbor close to the garden that features citrus trees and different types of 
ornamental plants.  A second relaxation area awaits you under a porch and hidden by a Japanese bamboo screen where a suspended chair and a
comfortable sofa are positioned for your evenings in the open air. Here you will also find a barbecue for your grilling.
Inside, the villa is furnished in a modern style in shades of white black and with contrasts of turquoise androse gold. In the rooms they master the
imposing trunks of juniper, typical of Sardinia.
The master bed room has, inside, a comfortable bathroom with shower and is directly communicating with the pool area.
The second bed room has the possibility of being able to join the beds and have a double bed as well as a single bed positioned in the loft and it also
overlooks the swimming pool.
